The quickest and most convenient way to secure your session is by booking online below.

If you have questions before booking:

Call or leave a voicemail
Text (usually faster responses between sessions)
Email or message via Facebook

For your first appointment, all clients must complete a confidential health history form:

Updated annually or after any major health changes
Completed on a tablet in the office for new clients (arrive 10–15 minutes early)

All information is kept strictly confidential and only shared with your consent or as required by law.

Booking essentials!

Credit card required to hold your appointment.
Your card is securely processed through an encrypted system.
Charges only apply for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
Payment is expected at the session.

On-Call Notice

As part of my birth doula services, I am on call from two weeks before to two weeks after a client’s due date.

Your appointment may need to be rescheduled last-minute if it overlaps with a birth.

Cancellation / Reschedule Policy

Life can be unpredictable, and I understand that. As a sole practitioner relying entirely on my valued clients, cancellations on short notice can impact both my livelihood and the availability of appointments for others. If you can't make it to your scheduled session, please inform me as soon as possible. You can reach me through call/voicemail, text, email, or Facebook messenger—plenty of options to connect when needed. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Life happens! To ensure fairness and availability for all clients:

Policy Overview:

>24 hours’ notice: No charge
<24 hours’ notice: 100% of full session rate charged
- You may avoid this by sending someone in your place
No-show: 100% of full session rate charged
Payment for missed appointments: Must be paid before rebooking
Card on file: Required to hold your appointment; unlinking your card cancels the appointment
Late arrivals: Session will start at scheduled time; full booked time is charged
Signs of illness: You will be sent home and charged; call/text immediately if you are sick
On-call notice: Acknowledgement of possible last-minute rescheduling
