Schedule Appointment

The quickest and most convenient way to secure your session with me is by booking online below. If you have any queries before booking online, feel free to get in touch. If I'm currently with a client or away from the phone, leave a message or send a text, and I'll get back to you promptly. Texts usually receive a faster response, as I can reply between sessions, whereas phone calls might take longer.

Privacy Policy - Forms

For your initial appointment, you'll need to complete a confidential health history form, which must be updated annually or whenever there are significant changes to your health history (such as surgery or major illness). Your information is kept strictly confidential and will only be released with your consent or as required by law. New clients, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to your scheduled session to complete this intake form using a tablet in my office. 


Booking essentials!

Please note that a credit card is required to book an appointment. The card is used to hold your appointment, and without it on file, your session won't be confirmed and may be canceled. Rest assured, all credit card information is processed securely through an encrypted card processor during each session check-out. The card will only be charged if you cancel last minute or fail to show up.

Make sure to read the cancellation/reschedule policy below to avoid charges for missed appointments. Payment is expected at your session.

Cancellation / Reschedule Policy

Life can be unpredictable, and I understand that. As a sole practitioner relying entirely on my valued clients, cancellations on short notice can impact both my livelihood and the availability of appointments for others. If you can't make it to your scheduled session, please inform me as soon as possible. You can reach me through call/voicemail, text, email, or Facebook messenger—plenty of options to connect when needed. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!


My cancellation policy is as follows: 

1. Cancellation / reschedule your appointment with over 24 hours' notice: NO CHARGE

2.Cancellation / reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours of your appointment for any reason: 100% OF THE FULL UN-DISCOUNTED RATE. You can avoid this by sending someone in your place; in that case: NO CHARGE

3. No show / No notice: If you DO NOT SHOW UP without prior notice for ANY reason, you will be charged 100% OF THE FULL UNDISCOUNTED RATE of the session booked. Please notify me via call/text if you cannot make it to your scheduled session. 
4. Payment for Missed Appointments: If you no-show or cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours of your appointment, you must settle the fee owed for the missed session before rebooking, This is non-negotiable. 

5. Card on File Requirement: To hold your appointment slot, you must keep a card on file. If you unlink your card, your appointment will be canceled. A card MUST remain on file. 

6. Late arrival: If you are late for your scheduled session: your session will start without you. You will receive the remaining time you scheduled but will pay for the full booked time. Please arrive early to ensure an on-time start.

7. Signs of illness: If you arrive at your appointment displaying signs of ANY illness, you will be sent home and charged for the full appointment booked. Please call/text immediately upon experiencing any illness symptoms to avoid any charges.

NOTE: Even for gift card appointments, a credit card on file is required. The booking site currently doesn't allow gift cards to book appointments directly. The credit card will not be charged after your session, so be sure to bring your gift card to your appointment. I appreciate your understanding. The cancellation policy applies for gift card holders as well.
