Pregnancy & Postpartum Meals

Cooking delectable and wholesome meals for my family and friends has always been a source of passion for me. My commitment revolves around using local, seasonal ingredients that provide nourishment during the demanding periods of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. With experience catering to diverse diets such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, wheat-free, and more, I understand the importance of keeping your body well-nourished during these crucial times, even when it tends to take a backseat. I'm here to lend a hand in ensuring you receive the nutritional support you need.

Together, we'll collaborate to craft a personalized selection of meals tailored to your dietary preferences. These meals will feature ingredients that satisfy your tastes while incorporating nourishing components to bolster your immune system, support digestive health, and aid in postpartum healing.

 

Included in the meal options:

 

1. Snacks: Nourishing options designed to provide a quick pick-me-up or contribute to lactation production as needed.

2. Breakfast, Lunch, and Supper: Nutrient-dense and delectable meals created for both you and your family to relish.

3. Teas and Other Beverages: Specially blended herbal teas to soothe your nervous system and promote healing. Additionally, rich beverages that warm your body, including fresh juices, will be incorporated into the selection.

3. Compliance with Regulations: I strictly follow OSHA and state guidelines for proper food handling, adhering to all regulatory standards to maintain the utmost hygiene in meal preparation.

4. Dietary Adherence: I pay meticulous attention to dietary restrictions, ensuring that your meals align with your specific dietary preferences and requirements.

  • Stock the fridge with 2 soups, 2 stews, 2 snacks, 1 breakfast and 1 broth/tea.

Seedling

  • Stock the freezer​ with 4 soups, 3 stews, 2 snacks, and 3 breakfast items.

Bud

bud package
  • Stock the freezer and fridge with everything you could possibly want for the exciting and exhausting postpartum period! You will choose 5 soups, 4 stews, 4 snacks, 2 broths/teas, and 3 breakfast items.

Bloom

bloom package
  • In-home fresh meal preparation with a minimum 4 hour support.

  • You choose the meals and provide recipes or choose any of my meals

  • Available meal options: breakfast, lunch, dinner, hearty/healthy snacks or a combination

  • Grocery shopping for the specified meal needs with a prepaid card or grocery pickup at a local store

  • Full clean-up after meal

  • Opportunity for parent(s) to relax, rest and let take care of cooking and cleaning the kitchen

  • Meals are all designed to be comforting, family-friendly, and nutritious. All meals are supportive of lactation and postpartum dietary needs.
